She Graduated from WCCMT in April 2006 with a degree in Massage Therapy. Together with other efforts in the community we raised $97, 000. 00 and the new machine will be at the hospital August 2011! - RMHF Fund Run 2010 - Asante Centre Spin-A-Thon ~ Team: Ride It Like You Stole It with AIK. Winter 2010 - Alexander Robinson Elementary School¿s Annual Scrap booking PAC Fundraiser 2004-2011 - Athletes In Kind (AIK), a non profit organization supporting families with children living with cancer. Volunteering our time and expert knowledge at the following community events: - MRMT Fundraiser for BC Children¿s Hospital Renal Unit towards the purchase of a new plasmaphoresis machine Dec 2010. We are active participants in fundraising for local charities, hospital foundations and sports events and races. The staff at MRMT is continually upgrading their knowledge and skills to maintain currency and proficiency through continuing education and access to research resources through the MTABC and IONC. Everyone is welcome from seasoned athletes to couch potatoes! Keeping abreast of current research through continued education, internal motivation to excel and active participation in learning sets our staff apart. We Provide service in clinic for individual clients and on site for sports, teams, events clubs or businesses! Together, our team of 4 RMTs and 1 RNCP (Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner) cater to the needs of the community by providing excellence in evidence based Massage Therapy care, comprehensive injury rehabilitation and Nutritional Consulting for a faster recovery; getting you back to work and play.
